Are your products intended for human use?
No. All our products are intended exclusively for laboratory research use by qualified professionals. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, nor for human consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not approved by the FDA as drugs or dietary supplements.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes, we provide Certificates of Analysis for each batch when applicable. The COA includes information on purity (verified by HPLC), mass spectrometry, and other relevant quality tests. You can request the COA for any product through our contact form.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through secure SSL-encrypted processing. We also offer bank transfers for institutional orders.
Do you deliver to my region?
We deliver throughout Europe and internationally, subject to applicable local regulations. Delivery may be refused or canceled for destinations where local regulations prohibit such products. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, returns are very limited. We do not accept returns of opened vials or compromised products. Returns are accepted only for sealed products in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery, and subject to prior approval. Contact us to initiate a return process.
What is the delivery time?
Standard shipping time is up to 14 business days after payment confirmation, depending on stock availability and logistics processing. Orders are processed on business days. You will receive a tracking code once your order is shipped.
How are products stored and shipped?
Our products are stored under controlled temperature and humidity conditions. Shipping is done in appropriate packaging to maintain peptide integrity. Products requiring refrigeration are shipped with dry ice or cooling gel when necessary.
Can I place orders for my institution?
Yes, we serve universities, biotechnology laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and qualified independent researchers. For institutional or bulk orders, contact us for special conditions.
Are the products authentic and high-quality?
Yes, we work only with qualified suppliers and all batches undergo rigorous quality control. Each product is verified for purity (typically ≥97-98% by HPLC), identity (mass spectrometry), and sterility when applicable. We maintain full batch traceability.
