Return and Refund Policy

Hallmark Peptides ("Company," "we," or "our") applies this Return and Refund Policy to every purchase made via the hallmarkpeptides.com website. Because these materials are for research use only, all sales must follow the terms outlined below.

Products that have been opened or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund due to risks of contamination and loss of efficacy.

Returns may be approved at our discretion if requested within 5 days of delivery, and only if the product is unopened, unused, in original packaging, and shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
• Refunds will be reduced by shipping, a $9.99 handling fee, and SWIFT fees if applicable
• Lost or damaged returns are the buyer's responsibility
• Customers should retain the tracking number for any approved return shipment

USPS, FedEx, GSL, and DHL assume responsibility once orders are shipped. Hallmark Peptides is not liable for loss, theft, delays, or transit damage. Shipments are insured and claims should be filed directly with the freight company.

Purchasing with a credit or debit card means you accept that products are for research use by qualified professionals and waive chargebacks or disputes for dissatisfaction, misuse, or misunderstanding. Unauthorized disputes may lead to account termination and procurement bans.

If a product tests below 98% purity via an approved lab at the customer's expense, a refund or store credit may be available.

• Purchase must have been made within the last six months
• Product must remain unreconstituted
• Hallmark Peptides must be given verification permission
• All eligibility criteria must be satisfied before any refund or credit is granted

This policy excludes improperly used, altered, or incorrectly stored products, as well as tests from unapproved laboratories.

Hallmark Peptides reserves final decision on all matters of returns, refunds, exceptions, and guarantees.
