Shipping Policy
How much delivery costs, when your order leaves us, and how to reach a person if something goes wrong.

Flat shipping rate
A flat $20.00 USD shipping charge applies to every order, regardless of the number of items or their weight. The amount is shown in the cart and on the checkout summary before you confirm.
Free shipping threshold
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $300.00 USD or more ship at no charge. The subtotal is calculated before shipping and after any discount code.
Handling and transit time
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Transit typically takes a further 2–7 business days depending on destination. Orders are not dispatched before payment clears.
Where we ship, and order minimums
We ship internationally. Prices and shipping charges are quoted and settled in US dollars.
Orders shipping to Brazil require a merchandise subtotal of at least $50.00 USD. Checkout will tell you how much is missing before you can place the order. No minimum applies to other destinations.
The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by the destination country. These are not included in the price shown at checkout and we cannot calculate them in advance.
Tracking and payment timing
Payment is collected by invoice. After you place an order you are taken to a secure payment page where you can pay by card or bank transfer. The order confirmation email contains the same payment link, so you can also pay later.
Preparation begins once payment is confirmed, which for card payments is usually immediate and for bank transfers can take one to three business days. You receive tracking details by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
