HTML contentTB-500 is the synthetic version of Thymosin Beta-4 (Tβ4), a naturally occurring 43-amino acid protein encoded by the TMSB4X gene and found abundantly in wound fluid and blood platelets. The peptide contains a critical active domain — the sequence LKKTETQ — responsible for actin binding, cell migration, and wound healing.
TB-500 is highly water-soluble and lightweight, with demonstrated potential in angiogenesis, wound healing, anti-inflammatory activity, and neurological repair across multiple in vitro and animal models.
